ABSTRACT:
Described herein is a flux cored wire for use in stainless steel welding, the wire having a flux filled In a stainless steel sheath, the flux containing, on the basis of the total weight of the wire, 4.7-8.5% of TiO.sub.2, 0.5-3.5% of Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 and 0.6-3.0% of SiO.sub.2 and/or ZrO.sub.2 in proportions satisfying the following formula
