A fluororesin powder liquid dispersion comprising heat-flowable fluororesin powder, liquid dispersion medium having a surface tension of not more than 45 dyne/cm, and organic liquid with a boiling point of 150.degree.-340.degree. C. provides thick film fluororesin treatment by a single application.
