ABSTRACT:
A fluoroacrylic polymer having a lubricating effect, which comprises at least one kind selected from units derived from a fluoroalkyl acrylate and units derived from a fluoroalkyl methacrylate as a part or all of structural units and a reducing viscosity .eta.Sp/C not higher than 2 as measured at 25.degree. C. with respect to a solution of 0.1 g of the polymer in 100 ml of chloroform. The fluoroacrylic polymer is incorporated into a thermoplastic resin for rendering an excellent lubricating property thereto.
