ABSTRACT:
A fluorine-containing vinyl compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein Rf is fluoroalkyl of 4 to 20 carbon atoms, R.sub.1 is hydrogen or acyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, one of R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 is hydrogen and the other is methyl, R.sub.4 is hydrogen or methyl, A is a divalent organic group, and l, m and n are each an integer of 0 to 40 and satisfy 0<l+m+n.ltoreq.40, which can modify surface properties of resins.
