ABSTRACT:
A fluorine-containing organosilicon compound represented by the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.f represents a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoroalkyl ether group, and m and n are each an integer of 0 or 1. This fluorine-containing organic silicon compound is useful as a modifier for improving properties of various materials, such as heat resistance, chemical resistance and surface properties.
