ABSTRACT:
A novel fluorine-containing organosilicon compound represented by Formula (I): ##STR1## wherein n represents an integer of 0 or more, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 may be the same or different and each represent a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, and R.sup.3 represents an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms.
This compound is useful as silica treatments, or surface treatments capable of imparting water repellency, oil repellency, etc. on the surface of glassware or the like.
