ABSTRACT:
A fluorine-containing organopolysiloxane represented by the following average compositional formula (1)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?(Z2Q)βRf(QZ1Aα)2−β  (1)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?wherein Rf is a divalent group containing a perfluoroether residue,Q is a divalent organic group,Z1is a di- to nona-valent organopolysiloxane residue and may contain a silalkylene bond,α is an integer of from 1 to 8,β is a number larger than 0 and smaller than 2,Z2is a monovalent group represented by the following formula (2)wherein b is an integer of from 1 to 10, R1may be the same with and different from each other and is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, andA is a monovalent group represented by the following formula (3)wherein R2is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a phenyl group, X is a hydrolyzable group, a is 2 or 3, and c is an integer of from 1 to 6.
