ABSTRACT:
A random fluorinated polymer of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein x is an integer from 1 to 4, y is an integer from 1 to 4, z is 1 more, R' is selected from the group consisting of the 1,3 and the 1,4 isomers of --OC(CF.sub.3).sub.2 .phi.C(CF.sub.3).sub.2 O--, R" is selected from the group consisting of the cis and trans isomers of --O(CF.sub.3).sub.2 CCH.sub.2 CH.dbd.CHC(CF.sub.3).sub.2 O--, and R is either R' or R"; and epoxy resins and urethane resins prepared therefrom.
