ABSTRACT:
An annular rotor element is rotatably mounted in a housing and has a center opening in which a shaft element is journalled with annular clearance. An arrangement is provided for coupling the elements in motion-transmitting relationship in automatic response to relative rotation in one direction, and for uncoupling the elements in automatic response to relative rotation of the elements in an opposite direction.
