The assembly comprises a centrally-bored nozzle and centrally-bored nozzle body, the two being in substantially collinear alignment along a longitudinal axis, and a collar and locking ring, for swivelingly coupling the nozzle and body together, andd releasably locking the two together in selected, swiveled displacements from such alignment.
