A fluid flow actuated drive means10includes a rotatably mounted impeller12which defines a set of circumferentially spaced outer chambers14which extend inwardly from openings16along a peripheral edge18of the impeller12and a set of inner chambers20which are arranged radially inwards the outer chambers14, each outer chamber14being connected to a corresponding inner chamber20via a passage22to facilitate the forming of a Venturi between corresponding inner and outer chambers20and14respectively.
