ABSTRACT:
A nozzle arrangement for an inkjet printhead, the nozzle arrangement comprising:a chamber with a plurality of ink ejection ports; and,a thermal bend actuator for selectively ejecting ink from any one of the ejection ports.Constructing the nozzle arrangement such that a single actuator can eject drops from multiple nozzles requires less drive circuitry than a printhead that has a single actuator for each nozzle. This allows a high nozzle packing density and consumes less power.
