ABSTRACT:
A fluid device tank cleaning apparatus having a stationary housing, an outer Tee-housing which rotates about a first axis and nozzle assembly rotatably mounted to the Tee-housing for rotation about a second axis. The stationary housing is provided with passageways for communication with the Tee-housing. The passageways are configured so as to provide a substantially constant cross sectional area to the outer of the Tee-housing.
