The outflow valve mechanism15includes a valve seat member151comprising a first valve seat portion151aat the bottom of which an opening portion is formed and a second valve seat portion151bwhich is located at the upper part of the first valve seat portion151aand has a nearly cylindrical inner wall, a first valve member152configured to close the opening portion in the first valve seat portion151a, and a second valve member153configured to contact the inner wall in the second valve seat portion151b.
