A fluid control device1has an upper space S1formed between and defined by the upper surface of a piston10and the lower surface of top wall8aof an upper casing8, and a lower space S2formed between and defined by the lower surface of the piston10and the upper surface of bottom wall7aof a lower casing7. A compression coil spring11for biasing the piston10is disposed in one of the upper space S1and the lower space S2, and a compressed air admitting passage15communicates with the other space.
