ABSTRACT:
A fluid control device that can be miniaturized without reducing a bolt diameter and a path diameter is provided.A fluid controller31having an inlet port31aand an outlet port31baligned in a line direction and a line-to-line connection port31cpositioned in the middle of the above ports in the line direction is supported by a pair of joint members7, a stepped part7ais formed at each upper surface of opposed parts of the joint members7, and line-to-line connection path forming members9and10having line-to-line paths13and18each communicating with the line-to-line connection port31cof the fluid controller31, respectively and constituting line-to-line connecting means8are supported by the stepped parts7aof the joint members7.
