ABSTRACT:
A low temperature method of calcining a zeolitic catalyst and the product of the method, the method comprising reducing the water content of the catalyst to less than 1.5 wt. % by contacting the catalyst with a water-miscible organic fluid and thereafter calcining the catalyst at a temperature of less than about 1200.degree. F.
