ABSTRACT:
An improved pilot operated, spool valve includes a valve body with a spool that translates axially in a throughbore in the valve body. The spool is moved in response to air pressure in a first direction and is moved in the opposite direction by a combination of a mechanical biasing force and fluid pressure.
