ABSTRACT:
A flow controller for preventing damage to a rotating machine by automatically redirecting the flow of lubricating oil in and out of a shaft driven pump in the event the machine goes into reverse rotation. The controller contains sealing elements that are moved under the influence of oil moving through the flow controller.
