ABSTRACT:
A floatable pad including a pad body having an anticlimbing device such as a hook and/or side walls. The side walls extend a predetermined distance from and perpendicular to the top of said pad body forming a collection reservoir for collecting and holding weather precipitation such as rain and the like on top of said pad body.
