ABSTRACT:
An improved securing clutch comprises a flexible material retainer with an engagement passage sized to receive and frictionally engage the entire outer surface of a portion of a post. The flexible material retainer is surrounded by a metal frame that provides a base plate at the front of the retainer and handles at the back.
