ABSTRACT:
A flat vibration motor able to be mounted to a device side board by just reflow processing and able to reduce the occupied area, that is, a flat vibration motor provided with a stator plate having a through hole into which one end of a shaft is fit, the stator plate having a magnetic metal core plate having detent torque generating holes10ato10c, interconnect patterns arranged on a first electrical insulating film formed on this front surface, and electrode patterns arranged on a second electrical insulating film formed on a back surface of the magnetic metal core plate and connected with the interconnect patterns through the through holes h1to h3, the insides of the detent torque generating holes10ato10cbeing covered by front-to-back superposed films formed by extensions of the first electrical insulating film and second electrical insulating film.
