ABSTRACT:
A process for producing flat sheets, particularly photographic sheets for use in automatic film changing equipment, from a stored roll of material. A thermoplastic film is briefly heated to above its second order transition temperature but not over 120.degree. centigrade prior to cutting for packaging. Such heating removes roll curl developed during storage of the film in rolls, without adversely affecting the quality of the film.
