ABSTRACT:
A coil element of the invention is formed by a flat ring-shaped original winding. Reference lines which pass the central point form angles .alpha. and .beta.. Points at intersections of the periphery of the flat ring-shaped original winding and the reference lines are thus determined. Bending lines which extend from the points and which form an angle .phi. with the reference lines are determined. The flat ring-shaped original winding is divided into first and second coil segments. The first coil segment is bent along the bending lines and pressed on part of the second coil segment to manufacture the coil element.
