ABSTRACT:
A silver halide photographic light-sensitive element suitable for exposure to light for a period of time of less than (preferably) 0.0001 second comprising a support bearing thereon at least one layer of a silver halide photographic emulsion, the silver halide photographic emulsion containing at least one sensitizing dye represented by the following General Formula (I) in combination with at least one sensitizing dye represented by the following General Formula (II): ##SPC1##
wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represents an alkyl group, at least one of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 being an alkyl group having a sulfo substituent; ##SPC2##
Wherein R.sub.B represents a methyl group or an ethyl group, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 have the same meaning as R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, at least one of R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 being an alkyl group having a sulfo substituent.
