ABSTRACT:
A chlorine-containing resin composition comprising a chlorine-containing resin, and (a) a metal-containing inorganic solid powder containing at least 30% by weight of phosphorus as P.sub.2 O.sub.5 and (b) at least one flame- and fire-retardant agent selected from hydroxides and oxides of metals belonging to Groups II to V of the periodic table.
