ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to a flame-retardant resin formulation comprising respectively at least one flame-retardant component, one alkali-soluble component, one polymerizable monomer, one photoinitiator, and one epoxy component, which comprises, as flame-retardant component, a phosphinic salt of the formula (I),in whichR1and R2are identical or different and, independently of one another, are C1-C6-alkyl, linear or branched, and/or aryl;M is Mg, Ca, Al, Sb, Sn, Ge, Ti, Zn, Fe, Zr, Ce, Bi, Sr, Mn, Li, Na, K, and/or a protonated nitrogen base, and m is from 1 to 4.This novel flame-retardant resin formulation is preferably used as solder resist.
