ABSTRACT:
A fixture3for fixing an article to be fixed, such as a workpiece2, to a fixture base1comprises a fixture body5detachably mountable on a mounting object, such as the fixture base1. A linking member4is detachably mountable on the workpiece2. The fixture body5comprises a body section6comprising an insertion hole12into which the linking member4is to be inserted, a rotary section7which is rotatably fitted onto the body section6so as to cover an outer peripheral portion6bthereof, and a ball8aprotruding into the insertion hole12via a through hole13formed in the body section6for engagement with the linking member4. Furthermore, a pushing portion19which causes the ball8ato protrude into the insertion hole12when the rotary section7is moved in one of axial directions thereof is provided at the inner surface7cof the rotary section7.
