A fixing device for fixing a recording sheet, including:a heating roller, a pressure roller, and an exterior heating roller;wherein the hardness of the elastic layer of the heating roller is less than that of the elastic layer of the pressure roller, andwherein the heat conductivity of the elastic layer of the heating roller is equal to or less than 0.2 W/m K, and the heat conductivity of the elastic layer of the pressure roller is equal to or greater than 0.4 W/m K.
