A fishing toy having a rotatable disc supporting a plurality of small toy magnetic bodies thereon. A plurality of magnets arranged under the disc to cause the magnetic bodies to overturn. Fishing rods, each having a suspended magnet, are movably mounted on a base to fish up the magnetic bodies individually.
