ABSTRACT:
A fishing signal and rod holder for positioning and holding fishing rods and reels for unattained fishing that signals the fisherman when a fish strikes the line. The rod holder includes a fixed angular inclined rod receptacle adjacent a signaling device to which the fishing line engages. The signaling device releases the fishing line during a strike and falls forward engaging a stop defining a sound signal.
