ABSTRACT:
Apparatus which may be utilized either alone or in conjunction with a standard fish hook and lure as a means for catching fish. The apparatus comprises a piece of fabric, which may be cut to any desired shape, which has a plurality of upstanding loop elements or curled strands formed thereon. The loop elements are engageable by the teeth of a fish, and may be utilized either alone to catch the fish, or in combination with a standard lure and hook as a delay means or holding agent until the hook may be set by the fisherman.
