ABSTRACT:
A quick and clean method of recording fingerprints without inks, chemicals, or powders is disclosed. The invention is especially suited for incorporation into mass produced legal and financial documents, wherein a portion of a document is fabricated to include a protected area for the recording and preservation of a latent fingerprint. The fingerprint receptive area of the document is protected by a cover which removably adheres to the document. If the identity by a cover which removably adheres to the documents.
