ABSTRACT:
A device used to recycle used engine lubricating oil for addition to the fuel oil burned by a compression ignition engine includes a pump for pumping used lubricating oil from the engine sump. A filter removes contaminates from the oil before it is pumped to a chamber where it is mixed with fuel oil supplied by another pump and fed to the engine fuel tank. Pressure reducing orifices between the pumps and the mixing chamber insure that both pumps will operate to pump liquid regardless of the operation of the other pump.
