ABSTRACT:
A filter device includes a first connection part1adapted to be connected to a fuel pump; a second connection part21adapted to be connected to a path for a returned portion of fuel; and a filter member3having an inner space30communicating with an inlet port10of the first connection part1and an outlet port20of the second connection part2. A tubular member22has a leading edge22aformed with the outlet port20of the second connection part2. The leading edge22aof the tubular member22is opened to be disposed in the inlet port10of the first connection part1so as to have a gap between an outer peripheral surface22bof the tubular member22and an opening edge10aof the inlet port10of the first connection part1.
