ABSTRACT:
In a filter device10constituted by circuit elements formed on a single substrate11, the circuit elements includes a first wing section14formed between an input signal electrode12and an output signal electrode13, first resonators15a, 15b, 15clocated in the first wiring section14and having a predetermined resonance frequency, second wiring sections17a, 17b, 17c, 17dformed between the first wiring section14and a ground electrode16, second resonators18a, 18b, 18c, 18dlocated in the second wiring sections17a, 17b, 17c, 17dand having an anti-resonance frequency forming a pass-band with the predetermined resonance frequency of the first resonators15a, 15b, 15c. An effective electric and mechanical coupling factor of the second resonator18ais different from those of the other resonators15a, 15b, 15c, 18b, 18c, 18d.
