ABSTRACT:
A filler pipe for introducing a fuel from a fuel inlet to a fuel tank. Connected to the filler pipe10is a bracket14, which has a cross-section of a “hat” shape and is constructed by bottom wall portions14-1located at its ends and is under a face to face contact with an outer surface of the filler pipe10and an upper wall portion14-3located between the bottom wall portions14-1and spaced from the opposite outer surface of the filler pipe10. The bottom wall portions14-1are welded to the opposed surface of the filler pipe. The bracket14has a wing part14-5extending integrally from the upper wall part14-3and having a free end14-5′ welded to the opposed surface of a breather pipe.
