ABSTRACT:
A liquid-chromatographic filler comprising a particulate synthetic polymer, such as glycerol di or tri (meth) acrylate wherein the filler exhibits a behavior such that in chromatography using polyethylene glycol as a sample and water as an eluent, the elution time of the sample increases with a rise in temperature. Separation of water-soluble substances by liquid chromatography can be achieved by using an aqueous medium as an eluent, and this filler.
