ABSTRACT:
Therapeutic and diagnostic methods of use for the growth factor transforming growth factor .beta., are provided by this invention. In accordance with preferred embodiments, methods of determining and improving competence of a conceptus toward uterine implantation are provided as are methods for determining female infertility in mammals.
