A feed unit has a surge chamber1, a fuel pump2,which is arranged in the surge chamber1, and a pump holder3, the fuel pump2being arranged in the pump holder3and the pump holder3being fastened in the surge chamber1. The pump holder3has at least two rods6which are fastened in the surge chamber1, the rods6being connected to a mount5for the fuel pump2.
