A ring-like lubricant supply device6is fitted into a recess4of a nut member2.The lubricant supply device6contains a lubricant and is formed in an outer peripheral surface with notches7.Tubular members8each having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the notch7are inserted into the notches, pushing and widening the notches7in a circumferential direction. One end of the tubular member8is fitted into a recess9bof a retaining ring9and the retaining ring9is fixed to a nut member2.
