ABSTRACT:
An Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon having a composition comprising FeaSibBcCdand inevitable impurities, wherein a is 80 to 83 atomic %, b is 0.1 to 5 atomic %, c is 14 to 18 atomic %, and d is 0.01 to 3 atomic %, the concentration distribution of C measured radially from both surfaces to the inside of said Fe-based amorphous alloy ribbon having a peak within a depth of 2 to 20 nm.
