The inlet base has a lateral hole, a cold and a hot water passageway for receiving a cold and a hot water pipe therein and communicating with the lateral hole. A bolt extends pivotally in the lateral hole, having two convex faces to face or leave the water passageways to let two, cold and hot, water pipes to fit in the water passageways and then deadlocked or released by the bolt by means of the outer walls of the two convex faces of the bolt if the bolt is rotated forward or backward for a certain preset angle.
