A pierced earring fastener1has: a pinching member2made of three balls2a,2a,2a; a holder3that is a rubber-like elastic member; and a ring5for tightening the pinching member2and the holder3. The three balls2a,2a,2aare disposed in a ring shape at intervals of 120 degrees in a circumferential direction, as elements that form the pinching member2. These balls are retained at predetermined positions by means of the holder3. The holder completely surrounds the circular pinching member2formed by the three balls2a. A through hole3apenetrating a center of both of end faces3c,3cis formed via a gap2bformed at the center of a ring formed by the pinching member2closed inside thereof.
