ABSTRACT:
A binder 10 includes a base15formed with through passages14that allow binding legs13to pass through respectively, movable members16which are mounted on this base15and located at positions corresponding to the through passages14respectively, and an operating section17which connects these movable members16to each other and operates the movable members16. Each movable member16is provided so as to open/close the respective through passage14so that, in the state that the through passage14is closed, a binding force is given to the binding leg13. The movable members16are synchronously movable between a position where the respective through passage14are closed and a position where the same is opened synchronously when the operating section17is operated in a predetermined manner.
