ABSTRACT:
A fail-safe fluid control valve including a first sleeve fixedly accommodated in a valve housing, a second sleeve reciprocably movably received in the first sleeve. The first and second sleeves are suitably grooved and ported, and the valve spool is formed properly with annular flanges. When there occur such abnormal conditions that the second sleeve and the valve spool are jammed or stuck to each other, the second sleeve is adapted to be moved in unison with the valve spool to actuate the fail-safe fluid control valve under entirely the same conditions as normal conditions.
