An eyeglass assembly10is disclosed as including a frame2with two brackets21each with a recess for receiving part of a respective piece of optical lens1, and a screw22releasably engaged with the bracket21, each bracket21including two protrusions211, 212which, when the piece of optical lens1is received by the bracket21, abut a first major surface4of the piece of optical lens1, and when the piece of lens1is received by the bracket21, the screw22is adapted to abut an opposite second major surface6of the piece of optical lens1to thereby releasably engage the piece of optical lens1with the bracket21.
