ABSTRACT:
Apparatus as set forth in U.S. Pat. No. 3,796,781 for the production of quenched tubes of plastics materials, wherein the peripheral portions of the caibrating disc assembly that contact the wall of the tube during operation of the apparatus comprise a liquid absorbent material.
