ABSTRACT:
A bag closing separable fastener has a combination profile stabilizing and guiding and differential opening force enhancing post flange projecting from a base area along the outer side of a male profile and engagable with a base area alongside a complementary female profile. The post flange serves not only for stabilizing the male profile fastener strip, but also as a device for enhancing a hard-to-open from the inside and easy to open from the outside function of the fastener in respect to a bag with which associated. The male and female profile base areas and the post flange have substantially the same rigidity.
