An extract of plantDendrobii Caulisand preparing process thereof are provided. A physiologically active extract of a plantDendrobii Caulisand the method thereof are provided in the present invention. The extract is obtained by an extraction of the plant or parts thereof with a water miscible organic solvent or a mixture thereof with water.
